Standard Tioga Reconditioning Services Include the following:
Recondition all fire boxes and heat exchangers as needed.
Install new 8 kW Kubota powered Stamford generator sets.
Install a new Carlin 301CRD burner and controls
Install all new Arctic Flex Wiring.
Replace all fan bearings and fan belts.
Install main breakers and engine controls on front wall of heater.
Replace conduit to generator and fan motor with Seal Tight flexible conduit.
Replace all axle bearings and seals.
Install electric fuel pump on engine.
Add secondary fluid containment.
Install new fuel tank.
Sand blast and paint heaters.
Additional Services Available to Include:
Installation of fork pockets
Installation of light tower packages
Add shore power systems
Upgrade Tioga heaters to have heat recirculating systems for jobsites with
restrictions on the air outlet temperature
Retrofit previously sold single fuel tank ES700’s to new dual fuel tank system
