Therma-flow freeze-protected emergency shower to include:

1. Self limiting heat trace
2. High limit thermostat to prevent water overtemp
3. 30 gallon per minute flow rate

Heat trace installed on all water pipes and water pump
400 gallon aluminum water tank. Tank to include freeze plugs and outward taper-to-top design to help
prevent freeze damage
500 watt emersion heater in tank to maintain 80 degree Fahrenheit
500 gallon tank mounted in floor to catch shower runoff
3000 watt corrosion resistant electric heater
2 corrosion resistant lights in shower area
Emergency exit light in shower area

• Built with heater and lighting that meet codes for explosion proof status
• Designed to operate in adverse Arctic weather conditions
• Designed for sue with shore power or a generator in an Arctic Enclosure
• Generator options:
  • Sized as a dedicated power unit or for auxiliary power
  • Designed for service intervals up to 3,000 hours
• Unit can be either skid or trailer mounted
